Foundational Strength

An 8-week postnatal program that uses the soft foam roller to relieve tension and chronic pain while teaching you how to support the longevity of your body. Each week builds on the last, working from your deep core, pelvic floor and back muscles into your shoulders, arms, glutes and thighs. You will heal your injuries while making consistent progress, whatever your starting point is.

Core Recovery & Pelvic Floor Strength +

Address common postpartum concerns like diastasis recti, incontinence, and weak pelvic floor muscles through guided, expert-led exercises.

Tension Release & Pain Relief +

Childbirth and caring for a newborn leave you feeling injured, stiff and achy. That’s why we layer in the soft foam roller - smoothing out chronic tightness while simultaneously strengthening + guiding your recovery. You finish each video feeling at home and confident in your body and daily mom-life.

Strength Repatterning +

RM teaches you how to turn on lost muscles and then use them on and off your mat, so you are getting stronger and feeling more easeful in your daily mom life right away.
